"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." ~Gordon B. Hinckley

Still Funny

Our ward was FINALLY split last week (about time since we were at 800+ members), so today at church there was a massive amount of calling and sustaining and we had to restaff many of the presidencies as well as most of the primary and nursery.

With the recent disbanding of the Elder's Quorum Presidency, that left Court wide open for something, and he was VERY excited to be called into nursery! Ü But there was some 'slight' confusion from the pulpit when the Bishop asked for Sister Courtney Fischbeck to stand up. There was a quick whisper from one of the counselors, and then a "errr, I mean BROTHER Courtney Fischbeck!"

Wasn't the first time, and it won't be the last, but it is STILL funny.

p.s. can I just say that I am already LOVING 9:00 a.m. church!

That's hilarious! I was home with sick kids, but Clint came home and says they'll have to split again cause it's still huge!
